How to Use

  1. Calculate your pond's water volume.
  2. Use 1 tablet per 115 litres (25 gallons) of pond water.
  3. Dissolve the required number of tablets in a clean watering can filled with pond water.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the dissolved solution over the entire pond surface.
  5. If necessary, repeat the treatment after 2 weeks to target newly hatched parasites.

Important Information

  • Leave biological filtration running during treatment.
  • Switch off UV sterilisers before dosing.
  • Remove activated carbon and ammonia-removing media from filters before use.
  • Resume UV sterilisation and replace filter media 48 hours after the last symptoms have disappeared.
  • For improved water clarity during treatment, Waterlife Algizin G or BioMat may be used.
  • Best results are achieved in water temperatures above 10°C.
  • Do not use with freshwater crayfish or related crustacean species.

Pond Capacity Guide

To calculate the capacity of a square or rectangular pond:

Litres = (Length × Width × Depth in centimetres) ÷ 1000

Remember to allow for water displaced by shelves, slopes, rocks, and other pond features.
