AquaForest Lithium 200ml
AquaForest Lithium is a concentrated trace-element supplement designed to help maintain appropriate lithium levels in marine and reef aquariums.
Lithium occurs naturally in seawater, and while its exact influence on marine organism function is not yet fully understood, lithium is regularly consumed within aquarium systems. Supplementing lithium can help maintain levels closer to those found in the natural marine environment.

Recommended Lithium Level
The recommended lithium concentration in aquarium water is:
0.15–0.20 mg/l (ppm)
Regular water testing is recommended to determine the current lithium level and whether supplementation is required.
Dosage
1ml of AquaForest Lithium per 100 litres (27 US gal) of aquarium water increases the lithium level by approximately 0.01 mg/l (ppm).
Maximum Daily Dose
Do not exceed 4ml per 100 litres of aquarium water per day.
If a higher dose is required, divide the total required amount across several days.
How to Use
- Test your aquarium water to determine the current lithium concentration.
- Determine the required dosage based on your water test results and aquarium's trace-element consumption.
- Add the appropriate amount of Lithium to the aquarium.
- If a higher dose is required, split it over several days.
- Monitor lithium levels regularly.
- Adjust supplementation according to your aquarium's individual requirements and test results.
Important Information
Every aquarium is different, and the final dosage depends on the coral population, micronutrient consumption, and individual aquarium needs.
Both trace-element deficiencies and excessive concentrations can negatively affect aquarium inhabitants. Dosage should therefore be selected and modified based on regular AquaForest Lab water tests.
