AquaForest Chromium 200ml
AquaForest Chromium is a concentrated trace-element supplement designed to help maintain appropriate chromium levels in marine and reef aquariums.
Chromium is a naturally occurring component of seawater and is quickly consumed by marine organisms in a closed aquarium system. Regular supplementation may therefore be required to help maintain stable chromium parameters.
Because every aquarium has different micronutrient requirements and consumption rates, chromium levels should be systematically monitored and supplementation adjusted according to water test results.
Key Features
- Concentrated chromium supplement for reef aquariums
- Provides a naturally occurring trace element found in seawater
- Helps maintain appropriate chromium levels
- Designed for regular trace-element supplementation
- Suitable for marine and reef aquariums
- Allows precise dosing based on aquarium requirements
- Convenient 200ml bottle
Benefits
- Helps maintain stable chromium levels
- Replenishes chromium consumed by marine organisms
- Supports balanced trace-element management
- Allows supplementation to be tailored to individual aquarium needs
- Helps maintain more consistent water parameters when used with regular testing
Recommended Chromium Level
The recommended chromium concentration in aquarium water is:
0.0001–0.0004 mg/l (ppm)
Regular water testing is recommended to determine whether supplementation is required.
Dosage
1ml of AquaForest Chromium per 100 litres (27 US gal) of aquarium water increases the chromium level by approximately 0.0005 mg/l (ppm).
Maximum Daily Dose
Do not exceed 1ml per 100 litres of aquarium water per day.
If a higher dose is required, divide the total amount over several days.
How to Use
- Test your aquarium water to determine the current chromium concentration.
- Determine the required dosage based on your test results and the aquarium's micronutrient consumption.
- Add the appropriate amount of Chromium to the aquarium.
- If a higher dose is required, split the dose over several days.
- Regularly monitor chromium and other trace-element levels.
- Adjust supplementation according to your aquarium's individual requirements and test results.
