Steam-Activated Carbon – Phosphate-Free Purification
Aquaforest Carbon is activated using steam rather than phosphoric acid. This activation process means the media does not contain phosphate, making it suitable for aquariums where phosphate control is important.

How to Use
Aquaforest Carbon can be used in either a fluidized filter or a filter mesh/bag.
- Measure the required amount of Carbon according to your aquarium volume.

Rinse the carbon thoroughly with RODI water before use.
- Place it in a suitable filter or filter mesh/bag.
- Ensure adequate water flow through the media.

The recommended water flow is 500 L/h.

Replace the Carbon approximately every 4 weeks.
