AquaForest Calcium 850g / 3500g
AquaForest Calcium is a calcium supplement formulated to maintain a constant calcium level and assist with pH adjustment in reef aquariums. Calcium is essential for the proper development of corals and coralline algae, making stable calcium levels an important part of maintaining a healthy reef environment.
The recommended calcium level in reef aquariums is 380–460 mg/l (ppm). AquaForest Calcium can be used as part of a regular supplementation routine or for occasional adjustments when calcium levels need to be raised.

How to Prepare the Solution
Dissolve 50g of AquaForest Calcium in 1000ml of RODI water to prepare the calcium solution.
Before dosing:
- Test your aquarium water to determine the current calcium level.
- Calculate the required dosage based on your water test results and your corals' daily consumption.
- Prepare the solution by dissolving 50g of Calcium in 1000ml of RODI water.
- Add the prepared solution according to your aquarium's requirements.
- Regularly test calcium levels and adjust dosing as needed.
Dosage
100ml of the prepared Calcium solution added to 100 litres of aquarium water raises the calcium level by approximately 18 mg/l (ppm).
For occasional one-time calcium adjustments:
10g of Calcium in 100 litres of water raises the calcium level by approximately 36 mg/l (ppm).
Dosage should be determined according to water test results and the daily calcium consumption of your corals.
Do not increase calcium levels by more than 20 ppm per day.

Maintaining Ionic Balance
For maintaining proper ionic balance within the aquarium, AquaForest KH Buffer and Reef Mineral Salt should also be used as part of the supplementation system.
